Ordering and Shipping
We unconditionally guarantee all merchandise sold for 30 days from the original purchase date. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused merchandise, for any reason, for a prompt refund or exchange.

Cost varies upon location and shipping method selected. Costs will be provided during checkout.Shipping methods are listed below.
Continental US
We ship within the Continental US using UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day, Select UPS 2nd Day,
Air UPS Next Day, and
Air Saver UPS Next Day.
Alaska & Hawaii
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii via UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air.
International/Outside The US
We ship outside the US via UPS Worldwide Express, Express Plus and Expedited, and Canada Standard.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling total presented at checkout does not include duties, tariffs or related brokerage fees that my be charged for international sales. Customers are responsible for these additional charges upon delivery. Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges.
We process orders within 24-48 hours after receipt, Monday through Friday. In most cases, orders received by 11am Mountain Time on a weekday will be processed the same day.
Backorders
Every now and then, items may be temporarily sold out in the size or color you'd like to order. Don't despair! Our stock is constantly being replenished and we generally ship back-ordered items when the items become available. If it's going to it takes longer than 4 3 weeks to ship the items, we'll let you know when you can expect the rest of your order.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange any unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase, for any reason, for a prompt refund.
All items must be in the condition you received them with all hangtags attached. Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns should be sent with the original sales receipt to:

Please note that exchanges will be sent out after receiving the item from your original order. Additional charges for shipping or price differentials between versions may apply. We issue a refund for the sales amount less shipping & handling costs.

Duds4Dads collects two types of information. The first is general information regarding the usage of our Web site. We track our site visitors and how they do that in order to help us improve our customers’ visitor experience. On site pages where you enter this data, you may notice that the URL in your Web browser begins with https:// rather than http:// which indicates you're on a secure page of our Web site.
